EvolvME Terms of Use

Who may use EvolvME

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use EvolvME on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Fitness information, not medical advice

EvolvME provides personal fitness tracking, visual comparisons, estimates, and AI-assisted reflections. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a clinical body-composition measurement. Consult a qualified professional for medical or health decisions.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You retain ownership of measurements, photos, notes, and other content you provide. You give EvolvME permission to process that content only as needed to provide features you request, operate the service, and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, violate another person's rights, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use automated methods to abuse AI or cloud-service limits.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium is an automatically renewing subscription purchased through Apple. The subscription name, duration, benefits, and current price are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds.
• You can manage or cancel at Apple Subscriptions.
• You can restore an eligible purchase from EvolvME Settings.
• Deleting an EvolvME account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Availability and changes

Features may change as EvolvME improves. Cloud, AI, authentication, and purchase features depend on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvolvME is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free estimates. Sparks Labs HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of EvolvME. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use and deleting an account

You may stop using EvolvME at any time. Signed-in users can permanently delete their EvolvME account and associated cloud data from Settings. We may terminate or restrict access for material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for EvolvME or its support. Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the mandatory Apple terms control.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date when material changes are published. Questions can be sent to support@sparkslabshq.com or through the support page.
