EvolvME Support

Find quick troubleshooting steps for EvolvME below. When reporting an issue, include what you were doing, what you expected, and what appeared instead.

Contact support

Open EvolvME, go to Settings, and use Send Feedback. This securely sends the issue type, screen, app version, and your message to the support team.

If you cannot access the app or need help before signing in, email support@sparkslabshq.com.

Sign-in problems

  1. Confirm the email address belongs to your account.
  2. Check your connection and try secure sign-in again.
  3. Close the authentication window and restart the app if the redirect stalls.
  4. Use the password-reset option on the secure sign-in page when needed.

Photos will not save

  1. Allow camera or photo-library access in iOS Settings.
  2. Select a JPEG, PNG, HEIC, or supported image from your library.
  3. Keep the app open until the local-save confirmation appears.
  4. For comparisons, save at least two photos with similar framing and lighting.

Cloud sync

  1. Sign in through the app’s secure login.
  2. Confirm Settings shows that cloud services are connected.
  3. Use the measurement or photo sync control again.
  4. If it still fails, submit the exact error message through Send Feedback.

AI results

  • AI requests require an internet connection and available daily usage.
  • Photo results are more reliable when pose, lighting, distance, and clothing are consistent.
  • AI-assisted output is an approximate fitness reflection and is not medical advice.

Privacy or deletion requests

Delete individual measurements or photos using available app controls. For account or cloud-data requests, submit a message through Settings → Send Feedback and include the email address associated with the account.
